If you use Adobe FrameMaker, you can now download SDL AuthorAssistant for free, so you can immediately start improving the consistency and quality of your technical documentation. A key component of that system, the SDL AuthorAssistant client license, is the element of the system that sits inside the authoring
environment. From within the authoring environment, authors can check for style and linguistic issues, terminology inconsistencies and ensure that any changes they make do not incur additional translation costs.
